What file formats do you accept?

Rhino 3DM, STL, OBJ, GLB, and STEP. We also work from sketches and photos. Our pipeline converts everything in the browser — no plugins needed on your end.

How does the embed work?

One line of HTML on any product page — Shopify, WooCommerce, Squarespace, custom. Your customer sees the 3D viewer and AR try-on button directly on your site. See the live demo.

Do my customers need an app?

No. Everything runs in the browser. The AR try-on opens their phone camera directly from your product page — no downloads, no accounts.

What if I already have CAD files?

Perfect — upload them through the client portal and we'll have your viewer live within 24 hours. If you need new CAD work, use the instant quote calculator.

Can I switch between packages?

Yes. Upgrade from Viewer to AR to full Configurator at any time — you just pay the difference. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

What happens after 12 months?

Hosting continues at $2/month per design. Most stores bundle this into a monthly plan after their first few designs.

Who owns the 3D files?

You do. Always. We host the viewer, but the CAD and 3D models are yours. Request them at any time.
