We're a small studio in the Los Angeles Jewelry District. We collect the minimum needed to model, print, and deliver your jewelry work — and we don't sell anyone's data. iQ Design Studio is the trade name of Like Clockwork LLC. Questions: iqstudiola@gmail.com or 323-236-4138.
To respond to quote requests, run active projects (CAD modeling, wax printing, renders), keep the client portal working, and — if you explicitly ask for it — send replies to your inquiries. We use Google Fonts for type and standard CDN hosting for site assets; that's the extent of third-party involvement on the public site.
Quote submissions are kept while a project is active and briefly after. Portal accounts and files stay until you ask us to delete them or the account goes inactive for an extended period. Server logs rotate on a normal schedule.
California residents can ask us to disclose what personal information we hold, delete it, or correct it — free of charge — by emailing iqstudiola@gmail.com. We respond within 45 days. California law also prohibits retaliation for exercising these rights. We don't offer financial incentives for personal information because we don't buy or sell it.
European and UK visitors: we process quote and project data to perform the services you request. You may request access, deletion, or a copy by the same email.
The site is served over HTTPS. Project files live behind portal logins, not public links. We're a two-person operation — your files aren't being routed through a sales team.
This is a business-to-business jewelry CAD service; it isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
If this policy changes materially, the effective date above changes with it. Continued use of the site after an update means you've read the new version.
