iQ Design Studio provides jewelry CAD modeling, castable wax 3D printing, photoreal rendering and animation, and embeddable 3D/AR product tooling for jewelers, designers, and stores. We are a service bureau — we don't sell jewelry, and we don't do casting in house.
The instant calculator gives a price estimate based on the options you select. A quote is an estimate until we confirm it in writing (email or portal message) after reviewing your files and specs. If a job is more complex than described — stone counts far beyond stated pavé counts, conflicting dimensions, unreadable references — we'll requote before starting, and you can walk away from a revised quote with no charge.
Standard jobs are next business day. Same-day service is available at ×1.75 for orders in by 11:00 AM; submissions and printing close at 3:00 PM. These are business-day commitments, not calendar-day guarantees — a file that needs rework, a spec question we can't reach you to answer, or equipment failure extends the clock. We'll tell you the moment we know.
Every model includes two design revisions. Additional revisions are $50 each. A revision is a change to the agreed design; a redesign (different concept, new stone layout, changed finger size after approval) is new work at the standard rate.
Castable wax models are precise but fragile. Inspect prints at pickup. We're not responsible for waxes broken or damaged after pickup, during your handling, investing, or casting. Print dimensional tolerance is typical for MJP wax printing; if your casting process requires specific tolerances, tell us before we print.
The AR try-on and 3D viewers are visualization tools provided as-is. They approximate scale and appearance on your device; they are not a substitute for physical sizing, stone-matching, or final product inspection. Camera video in the try-on stays on your device (see the Privacy Policy).
The embeddable 3D/AR viewer is licensed per design ($99 viewer / $149 with AR, one-time, 12 months hosting included). The license covers use on your own store pages for the licensed design; the underlying viewer software and 3D pipeline remain ours. We'll keep licensed models hosted for the included term and offer renewal after.
Our total liability for any claim connected to a job is limited to the amount you paid us for that job. We're not liable for indirect losses — lost profits, lost sales, missed dates on your side caused by delays outside our control. This doesn't limit liability that California law doesn't allow us to limit.
These terms are an agreement between you and Like Clockwork LLC, doing business as iQ Design Studio ("we", "us"). They are governed by California law; disputes land in Los Angeles County. If any clause turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still applies. Using the site or starting a job means you accept these terms. Updates to this page apply to work started after the effective date above.
